Your subconscious mind is always listening. Every thread, song lyric, news story, and TikTok carries a frequency. And every time you let that frequency in, you’re giving it a seat at the table. Some of it feeds your power. Some of it chips away at it.
This isn’t about being paranoid. It’s about being deliberate.
Manifestation becomes so much easier when you become the gatekeeper of your mind. When you’re intentional about what you listen to, watch, and engage with, you start creating from clarity instead of chaos.

If I’m constantly plugged into chaos, I start vibrating at the frequency of chaos. I used to feel guilty muting people or unfollowing accounts, but I realized my peace is not up for negotiation. My feed now feels like a vision board instead of a stress board.
The 5-Second Practice That Saves Me Daily
When I catch myself thinking something that doesn’t align with the life I’m calling in, I don’t judge it. I pause and ask, “Where did this come from?”
Then I decide if it’s mine to keep or mine to release.
Most of the time, it came from something I watched, read, or heard. And just like that, I return to my own truth. This practice takes five seconds, but it’s saved me from spiraling more times than I can count.
